Big "Zero" and greatly disappointed with my post surgical patient care and pain control: Had to go through a "middle person and non decision maker" versus speaking with me directly after developing disturbing post surgical issues, and overall lack of any professional follow up or concern for my well being. Would suggest either choosing a different surgeon @ Rush with a better support staff or avoid any dealing with this Nurse Practitioner.
