Everything about Dr. Lauren's approach resonates. He is kind and funny and immediately put me at ease. I came to discuss nutrition and to get ideas to help me with insomnia and joint pain. I ended up talking about some difficult family issues that had been causing me undue stress, and his close listening and thoughtful responses relieved much of that stress. I always feel seen, heard, and understood, and I find that I can discuss anything that's troubling me. That first month seeing him, before I even started any herbs, I was pregnant. I believe the stress relief was a significant factor. I've also been pleased with his treatment of allergies, back pain, and pregnancy symptoms.
