She's direct and to-the-point about healthcare and tries to advise her patients to do the lifestyle modifications that could mitigate the need for a lot of prescriptions. As someone who doesn't like medication due to a resistance to a lot of it, I deeply appreciate that approach. I'm finally sleeping through the night for the first time that I can remember.
