Rude, unprofessional
Laurie saw my 18 month old for a suspected ear infection. My daughter felt terrible and started crying when Laurie entered the room, Laurie rolled her eyes and said “ I won’t even look at her unless she stops crying “ I told her she was going to look her her ears, because I am paying her to do so. My daughter calms down, and the Laurie says” I’m going to look for monsters in your ears” well of course my kid gets scared and cries. Laurie is getting mad her her saying “ stop screaming, quit crying “ I told her we were done, and I didn’t want anything to do with her. We left and I had to take her elsewhere. Laurie is unprofessional, rude and obnoxious. She has absolutely no bed side manner and cannot deal with children.
