The visit was intended for reunification therapy. She extremely poor on returning calls. I would agree if your not the parent paying for reunification therapy and have questions she will not return those calls to you in a timely fashion. It was my experience if I misunderstood or asked questions she would try to assume I was creating barriers and would attack your character. I believe she doesn't work well with people of color as well. When I asked her about the reviews about herself, she replied she didn't care because of the type of business she is in.

The woman is everything that is wrong with our court systems. She sides with the money and doesn’t care about what’s best for the children involved. She needs to be investigated by her board!! If you love your kids don’t use her! She sided with a sex offender over a caring parent. Disgusting person she is!

I just discovered these reviews and wish I had before seeing her, as I have found every single negative review accurate. She has poor judgement, often reacts inconsistently, and is a danger to the welfare of children in various ways. There have been many examples of where she would dismiss my concerns, only later to find that I was correct and she wouldn't acknowledge that she was wrong. If you are involved with the courts: Beware. Her opinion is held in high regard and she WILL destroy families

A very powerful and dangerous lady. This women has the influence and power to destroy families. I pray that anyone who'd consider using this provider, do their research. Our child and our family has been damaged due Laurie Reed's influence in Meck. County Family Court.

Went to Laurie for many years and have always been pleased. Had to go again recently and not sure what has happened. She Seemed completely out of touch with what was going on and kept giving contradictory advice on how to handle situations. However, the worst part was she didn't respond to emails or voice messages when I needed her. I would have to call her 3 times before she would finally return my call. Left a message last week and as of today...NO response. I'm done with her!

We had our child in treatment with Laurie Reed for almost 3 years. Along with attempting to counsel our child, Ms. Reed had an alternate agenda. While our family was in the process of seperation and later divorces; Ms. Reed had and continues to maintain a personal relatioship with her former client. Ms. Reed went to the extent to offer legal suggestions on how the other party can better present for their instant case.

Pure Garbage. Ms. Reed attempted to ruin my relationship with my child. She caused damage to our entire family. We all needed therapy after this evil women , presenting herself as a caregiver was finished with us. RUN away, and find another therapist.

Awful. Unethical, Unprofessional, Should be censured and prevented from being a therapist.

Ms. Reed is a person of questionable ethics and competence. She has a need to protect the dysfunctional and profit oriented decisions of the corrupt family Court. Any parent that has read more than one book about parental alienation, loyalty conflict and high conflict ex spouses can easily see her bias. When I saw the abuse see tried to pawn off as therapy it was obvious the court was her meal ticket.

I worked with Laurie for years and her support and help allowed me to process trauma and move forward with my life.

I find her to be very knowledgeable and caring. Our child loves to go talk with Ms. Laurie! We have seen a marked improvement in our child's ability to handle stress.
