I made an appointment with Oak Street specifically to see Dr. Landrum since she is my PCP. When it was the day of the appointment, she was a no show. I was given no notice. I was left in the waiting room, confused as to why my appoint was late to start and wasn't told that I was being reassigned until a new Dr. walked into my room. I had to deal with someone else, who disregarded my concerns until I became visibly agitated and upset. Then they sent me to a new location to be examined there and that no location didn't even accept my insurance so I got absolutely nothing done across two facilities.
