I've had back surgeries dating back 58yrs. Problems daily: all joints, muscles, everything u can imagine. Orthos & neuros now tell me they can not do any more to help me. Dr. Lester's thorough knowledge of my body has given me a better way to live daily. I have never before had such a thorough exam. That led him to devise a simple routine that is easy to follow. I'm still walking & functional. Thank u Dr. Lester
