Overconfident and demands payment before testing
I've never seen another provider who demanded payment up front. He called it a deposit and said if my actual cost was different I'd be billed for more or refunded the excess. I have a high deductible and hadn't had many other expenses, so he charged my card $1400. They delayed billing my insurance company, and bills for later appointments with other providers were charged to me first. I got large bills after I thought I'd met my deductible. I made a couple of calls and found out their bill had just gone through. They mailed me a check for almost $1200 more than two months after I'd paid them. I trust his opinion on neurological issues but things he said on other mental health topics with such authority revealed an ignorance he is not aware of. He could tell me that my memory issues were not due to a neurological disorder, but it kind of concerned me when he described what I had said *before* the testing as excluding that possibility. That would have be nice to know at the time.

Waste of Time
After testing for a full day as per a referral, Dr. Moore's follow up visit offered only very vague information. Testing results were not shared with referring doctor, so upon follow up, there had been no communication at all to referring doctor that testing had even been completed. No next steps, diagnosis or specific information was given by Dr. Moore or referring doctor.
