We have worked with this group for 3 years now and Leandra is the person we see the most. She is the best when it comes to getting answers to our questions and taking care of our patient. I think it was a waste of time and gas coming all the way out there for her to tell me to go and get an ultrasound. She only saw me for about 5 minutes.

I was not asked many questions. I was told to call an Atrium Hospital number and make an appointment. I called the number, but never got a callback. After an hour, I made another call, and never got a callback. I finally went to Mychart and figured out how to make 2 appointments at Atrium Hospital. I was not aware of having to make two, but I did it any way. Hopefully I won't be wasting my time or Atrium's time by showing up twice.
