I had an appointment with a provider to review my medications, the same ones I’ve been on since starting joyous with no dose changes or new medications. The “doctor” I spoke to reviewed my medications WITH ME via zoom call and then approved my refill verbally with me. I have been on the same medication the ENTIRE time I've been with joyous, over 12 months. This provider wanted to see me every other month instead of every 5. I asked if there was another provider, miss doctor told me she would cancel my refill to find another provider. I said please please don't, I am already out of medication. The zoom call ended and 15 minutes later I was discharged. I believe Miss Doctor directly retaliated against me for inquiring about another provider and i am appalled at this abhorrent behavior. I will be escalating this with DHHS. Just a warning to you all. Don’t ask for a different provider or you may tick someone off, and they randomly drop you from this life saving medication! Thanks joyous!! They also charged me for this month and never sent it.
