Leilani Kerr, APRN

Leilani is a terrible physician and does not care about her patients at all. It's all about money with her. She makes you take tests that are not necessary just to make more money and makes you come in multiple times when visits could be combined into 1. Retaliates when you switch providers by cutting off insurance so you can't pick up prescriptions. Very awful, no Aloha. Don't waste your time with her.

she told me that my cough at night was due to post nasal drip, prescribed some medicine. I had doubts but she was exactly right.

The care I receive has been excellent, compassionate and thorough each time I have seen her. She is knowledgeable and accessible. I have recommended her to the rest of my family.

I will not even give one star. Initial appt. only, no further appts, no lab work. When she received the blood work order by my last doctor, she called to caution on a couple of readings, but never ordered more lab work, nor follow up appt. I went in for headaches, her assistance checked me in and did a good job. She came in asked what I needed refills on, never even brought up my headaches. Emailed about refills for husband and I no response., Longs texted, refills not approved, that we need..

No recommendations from me!! Have never received a diagnosis from her except for her to say that my lower back pain that I had for 4 weeks was "chronic"! She said she was going to "refer" me to a pain specialist (which she does on a frequent basis) that never happened! Medications either never prescribed or prescribed wrong! Receptionist is not very tactful when dealing with patients. I was told, "there's some patients we just don't care about"....I think I fell into that category!

I went to Hilo urgent care because I had a migraine and was out of my medicine. I specifically requested she send the prescription to the 24 hour pharmacy because it was after hours. When I got to the the pharmacy there was nothing for me!? This level of incompetence is unacceptable for a " healthcare provider" ! What do I do now about my migraine headache? Go to the ER? Waste insurance money again for a simpleton's ineptitude? Very sad! Don't recommend her at all!
