I initially started going to therapy since I was a kid. I've always struggled with Anxiety and Depression and Bipolar Disorder. But I feel I never really had a therapist that genuinely cared and had actually taken the time to help me work through my trauma and feelings until I met Lena. She has been great and really helped me a lot since I started going to her for therapy. I've been consistently going to our appointments for about 3 years now. And I want to continue to see her for mental health therapy until I don't need to anymore. She is the best therapist I've ever had!
