Leslie Berry, NP

I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of care that Leslie provided for my Mom. She recently had confusion and weakness. We took her to the emergency room. She was airlifted to a Lubbock hospital with a severe UTI. She spent 5 nights in the hospital and 2 weeks in rehab to recover from her weekness from the extreme UTI. Leslie only prescribed meds for nausea and never tested for anything, even though Mom is elderly and has a a history of UTI’s. Leslie made it to her vacation destination that evening without concerns about my Mom. On Mom’s follow-up visit with Leslie, she stated that she was sorry that she was in the hospital! Leslie claims that she had no record from the Lubbock hospital that she had a UTI! My husband and I have both changed doctors due to the lack of care.
