I had a terrible experience with "Doctor" Fleming. She was not an empathic listener and my issues did not seem to be of importance to her. I never felt like she was listening to me speak and she didn't use time productively. When I arrived (on time) for our appointment she told me she needed to take a phone call. She proceeded to leave the room for 15 minutes so she could go take care of personal phone call instead of starting the session. She also did not put her phone on salient and received several txts she had to read during our session.
