Dr. Leslie Simons, DNP

Leslie Simon's is one of the worst medical providers I've ever experienced. The appt took 3 hours, she mostly talked about herself, never did an assessment, forgot to submit my referrals until I called asking 8 weeks later. Submitted the wrong referrals. Ordered the wrong CT scan per our discussion and her own psot visit summary notes. Then reordered another CT scan and it was THE SAME ONE. Costing me $500 and more radiation I didn't need. She wrote multiple falsifications in her notes. Then tried calling me and began arguining from a personal number despite me continuing to be professional and courteous. She also left out the most pertinent details of the whole reason I made the appt with her instead of my usual provider
