Went into Urgent Care for possible viral communicable disease. He listened to my breathing and ordered a chest X-ray. Barely understood a thing he’s saying. Referred me to ER without looking at the flu and Covid-19 results. I asked him for the results for the test which he then went to have a look at. His MA was confused what to write on the diagnoses and order because he was unclear. He was mumbling and rushing. I left confused with an ER order.

Came in and started saying how he doesn’t give antibiotics or X-rays; had to stop him and say let’s not make assumptions, just look at the patient first

4/9/2022 we had to goto ER with my daughter, because the back of her earring has gotten imbedded in her ear. Physician Assistant Lev Paley and Resident Doctor Lady unfortunately forgot her name and its not on the paperwork, Lauren maybe, were awesome and extracted the terrible earring backing. Urgent care doctor couldn't do anything, and Lev instantly realized the back was all the way next to the actual earring. I was very relieved, but as soon as we met them I felt we were in good hands. One thing is people in ER doing their job but these people do care. I'm getting emotional thinking about today. I'm happy there's people who can be there for you like at Morristown Medical Center.
