Wonderful Therapist !!!!
First therapist that I really felt I could talk to and understood my issues. Just wanted to understand my situation and how mental health could improve. Everyone comes to therapy with a unique situation. Linda seems to understand this and not generalize your depression, anxiety, adhd, fear etc. She also provides realistic feedback but in a caring and compassionate way. If you are willing to listen and try her strategies for self care, you will improve. She will also listen when you tell her a strategy is not working, map out a solution or new strategy. I have seen Linda for almost 4 years and can honestly say I have seen so much improvement in my mental health especially during postpartum and during third pregnancy. She has play a big part in helping me recover from postpartum and deal with ADHD. Also, navigate any difficulties that may be happening in my life. I am forever thankful for her care and time. She truly cares and wants to help you maintain healthy mental health.
