Unfortunately, Dr. Pham seems to care more about being right than helping her patients. After a visit and a frustrating back and forth with her, I went elsewhere and that new derm helped clear my issue in just a few days. Will not be returning to Dr. Pham.

The care I was given from the first moment I was brought to the exam room was remarkable. Everything was explained clearly and politely. NP Pham is extremely thorough and presents herself professionally. I really am impressed with the medical exam I was given.

Very well organized and Dr.Pham was very professional and explained everything to me!!! She displayed a great deal of confidence which made me feel relaxed.

The medical assistant was great and welcoming, very professional! This was my first time in the office. However, the NP had no bed side manner. She told me “there is no modesty in dermatology” when I was laying there with my breasts out. Instead of looking at each breast separately, and covering the other she just pulled my gown down, even though I was obviously uncomfortable and there was a MA in the room as well and my 2 year old son.I even said out loud “wait really?” She made me feel so uncomfortable. She spent 3 min looking at my skin and the visit lasted about 6 min in total. When she got to my back where the mole was in question she said rudely “where is it” as if it wasn’t noticeable. (Clearly noticeable) All-in-all I felt completely rushed and quite frankly felt like it was a waste of my time. My gynecologist has more respect for my body than this NP. I would never see her again. I gave it 2 stars because the office was nice and everyone else was helpful.
