I didn’t find the sessions helpful at all. She seemed rushed and unfocused.

My therapeutic journey with Linda began several years ago. During this time, she has facilitated my work through many issues and topics; anxiety, boundaries, codependency, depression, divorce, family, parenting (co-parenting) to name a few. I would not be where I am today if not for walking into Linda’s office the first time. After seeing her regularly, I am finding it easier to be true to myself - something I struggled with for so long.Linda is much more than just a “nice cheerleader”. She takes the time to truly listen; maintaining eye contact, summarizing what I’ve said, asking for clarification when needed. She asks the hard questions and because my thoughts and feelings are received and validated in a judgment free zone, I feel like I can say anything. I have been seeing Linda Scheible for over 13 years for several different issues. It began with marital counseling with my first wife. Then when my first wife passed away from an accident I sought out Linda for counseling myself, children and current wife from this traumatic event. This therapy was a an effective in our healing and coping process thru Linda. It dealt with loss, grief and family. She has also helped coached each one of us with some individual issues. The coping mechanisms Linda has provided us with over the years has been an invaluable service to our mental health. We find that due to her dynamic way of assessing our situation helps us feel comfortable and open in our speaking about it. We find her to be extremely wise, compassionate and kind. Linda is an excellent clinician overall. Her family dynamic has provided my family a professional support system for over a decade. I have been with Linda for almost three years, and the experience is beyond excellent. I have a tricky schedule where I've had to change my standing appointment, and Linda was also accommodating. Calls are returned in a timely manner, but I also understand that a therapist's office hours are mostly taken up by actual patients, so I don't have unreal expectations on when calls will be returned. I have worked with Linda on the topics of grief, personal relationships, and family/divorce. Linda actually pushes me instead of just nodding and listening. Her style is to have an actual dialogue, offering alternative views, challenging me to think of things a different way, and being my touchpoint in a storm of chaos. A+
