Do not go to Lindsay Bishop for care. Nurse Practitioner Lindsay Bishop COMPLETELY misdiagnosed my wife's medical condition on a recent visit to WellNow Urgent Care in Latham. She sent her home with no medication, assuring her that her severe cough and sore throat was nothing! After a week of coughing and a severe  sore throat that only got worse, my wife went to see our family physician, who diagnosed her condition as a bad sinus infection and immediately prescribed antibiotics. He couldn't believe that my wife's condition was dismissed as nothing at the Latham WellNow by Nurse Practitioner Lindsay Bishop. Needless to say, we won't be going to WellNow anymore and if you decide to, please avoid Ms. Bishop and her obvious incompetence.

Visited on 4/7/16 with case of Food Poisoning. Lindsay and her staff were fantastic. Very compassionate and prompt in treatment. Made me feel at ease as I was 4 hours away from home. Very happy with location, staff, and treatment.
