Always very thorough and a great experience!!

I was seen by Lindsay Chappel quite a few times. Although she was thorough with her routine skin exams she has sent me now for further excision more times than not and they have all come back as nothing to worry about. The physician she referred me to left an incredible ugly scar, 6in at least, and ended up with a staph infection. I went back to her after that to discuss other skin concerns and while she was completing my full body scan, she told me I would have to make a separate appointment to talk about my needs. She kept working and did not acknowledge any of my concerns thereafter. I was driving over an hour away to see her and it seemed that did did not appreciate my time or her trust. I began to get upset and then she finally took a step back and listened to me. It was frustrating and disappointing. I have found a dermatologist now that listens to me and gets me the help and support I need as soon as possible.

Great experience, entire office staff was friendly and helpful. Lindsay was very knowledgeable and competent.
