Lindsay is the best therapist I have ever had. She helped me out of a really dark time, and has given me the tools I need to grow, establish healthy boundaries, stop negative self talk, and get a handle on my mental illnesses. I have worked with her for quite a while now, and have nothing but positive things to say. I have changed dramatically as a result of her guidance, and my life has gotten so, so much better. Cannot recommend her enough, I hope I never need to find a new therapist.
