Lindsay was so friendly and when I told her that I felt dehydrated and she told me I know because your lips are chapped and all you have to do is drink more water. She made me feel good and I did drink more water.

Lindsay Good refused to see me as a patient then closed her clinic early, citing that she had two young kids at home.
I reserved an appt., was in the clinic early, was nothing but calm and respectful, & when all other patients left & the clinic was still open, I was shocked that Lindsay still would not see me. I am a teacher & just needed a 10 min. strep test, but Lindsay said I was "making her mad," & threatened to call a manager.
It's clear she had a bad day, but how is this acceptable care?
