She was helpful at the time I needed but not as empathetic and warm as I needed. Her approaches were not very tailored for me, just CBT, and while helpful, was not helpful long term.

I’ve been seeing Ms Palmer for nine months & am so grateful for the calm, consistent, steady presence & knowledge she possesses far beyond her years. Healing begins with healthy guidance & I’m so thankful to finally have that with her.

in my experience dr. palmer speaks more from a point of giving out advice and implied recommendations rather than compassion and wisdom. doesn't help me long term and it could even be damaging due to her inexperience of handling her trigger points.
