Extremely knowledgable
It was an emergency visit and I was treated with so much care and respect. The receptionist, the technicians and Dr Petrie were beyond caring and helpful. I came in with an eye trama right before a holiday weekend. At 67 years old I had never been to an eye doctor and was nervous. Now I am a forever patient and completely at ease

The extended time and frustration in getting a timely appointment forced me to look elsewhere for care. Dr. Petrie and staff were pleasant but did not make up for the need to see a doctor ASAP. The person answering the phone seemed to make a lot of decisions on her own when I called without consulting with the doctor. Even with COVID it was not a reasonable wait.
