Dr. Lindsey Foley, DNP

Lindsey did not address the patient or our family when she approached our room and did not properly introduce herself for the next three minutes. She and the LICSW, Sara Puckey, also laughed at things that were not intended to be humorous and made rude comments. It was clear that Lindsey took pride in hearing her own voice. Her approach included a large list of invasive and condescending questions and not on what the patient or our family's ultimate goals were. It felt like an interrogation. She was also argumentative- even when asking a clarifying question. I believe if Lindsey is going to be in this field, she needs to have proper training and modify her unprofessional and inauthentic approach. No family should have to be treated the way we were.
