It's always a struggle to get medication refilled and forget trying to leave a message with her. I've called so many times with questions or concerns and have never heard back. Maybe it's her, maybe it's Nuvance.. either way, tired of being jerked around.

Doesn't work with her patients, book smart but seems to be pompous. Doesn't answer requests or questions when requests are phoned in. Needless to say a change in doctors is warranted.
