Dr. Bittan and her staff were incredibly patient and helpful during my entire appointment. They answered all my questions with promptness and in a very encouraging manner. Dr. Bittan was especially patient with me when I was trying out different contact lenses. She was very warm and quick to suggest different lenses. She even helped me take out one of the contacts that was stuck on my left eye. I highly recommend Dr. Bittan's practice and I will definitely be back!

My visit was mostly an accident due to the eye glasses shop not being able to read the prescription I brought in. In a most respectful manner Dr. Bittan raised her concern that the medical condition behind my poor vision should be treated now, without continuing to purchase new glasses that didn't work. She made a recommendation that could not have been better and 30 days later I no longer wear ANY glasses. What an ace she is!
