Willow Wellness will hurt you
Today I showed up for my virtual appointment with Dr. Morag Sutherland. When she arrived she asked me what I wanted to talk about and I didn't have anything on my mind because to be honest things have been going really well lately. She then grew frustrated and said I was wasting her time because I couldn't think of anything that bothered me this week. She said I could have told her yesterday that I didn't have anything to say. I informed her that would have been something I used to do, but since I am trying to actively change and do things different I thought I should keep it. She said she could have used the time for someone else, and asked me what I thought would happen today. I said I wasn't sure but thought she might ask questions or something else. She then said she thought she should charge me $100 no show fee because I didn't have anything to say. That's insane as I showed up to the appointment!!! She grew incredibly frustrated he grew incredibly frustrated and unprofessional
