No compassion!! Rushed me out of the appointment! Refused to refill my meds, canceled or hard to schedule an appointment with

I was in a motorcycle accident about three weeks ago and I was in the hospital for that three weeks upon being released. I was told I needed to get a CT scan of my leg because it may be broken. I reached out to Lisa gentry for a referral and she said that I needed to come see her right away. I made an appointment for the same day. I left Doylestown hospital to go to Roosevelt Boulevard to see her and was around 10 minutes late and she refused to see me or give me a referral so now my leg has still not been seen and all I needed was two minutes of her time.

She was very cold and didn’t care to listen to me at all. When she walks into the room she barely speaks or makes you feel comfortable. She communicates badly. My blood results came in through the online website and she never told me the results or what to do about the things that were low. She doesn’t care at all.

Lisa Gentry is the best doctor. She communicates well. Dr. Gentry is very helpful and she cares very much for her patients. Thank you Gentry Family.

I have a hard time trusting new doctors and generally don't do well with medical visits in general. Lisa has always made me feel very confident while under her care. She is always empathetic towards my issues or concerns and always goes the extra mile with explaining things to me in an easy to understand fashion. I am very impressed with Lisa and plan on following her with whatever practice she works in.
