With Midwest Anesthesia Associates- avoid!
Completely unprofessional. Arrived late carrying her purse, making hospital staff and me late for procedure. Ignored nurses pointing out where masks were located both pre-op and post-op, disregarding hospital policy- fortunately I did not get hospital-acquired COVID. I woke up during the procedure, so obviously anesthesia was inadequate.
