I started seeing Lisa about 4 years ago when I was in a very toxic, codependent relationship. Lisa was kind, supportive, and helped guide me through the process of being gentle with myself, identifying boundaries and self worth, and finding strength again. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone that needs help breaking free of the toxic habits. Not only was she helpful during the breakup, she also helped me redefine who I am to ensure healthier relationships in the future.
