Lisa is bright, funny skilled and thorough. She spent enough time with me so that I had a good understanding of my injury and treatment options. she gave me a shoulder immobilizer which worked miracles in reducing the pain from my injury, much better than the cloth sling the hospital gave me. I think I'm on my way to recovery!
