Communication before the appointment was nonexistent, and the appointment felt rushed and impersonal. When we had about fifteen minutes left in the hour, she abruptly left the video call in the middle of my sentence and did not rejoin for the remainder of the time. I sent a follow-up email immediately to ask if we could reconnect to finish the appointment. Six days later, after several emails, she responded and did not answer any of my questions, just told me to text her if there were any problems. Overall, she seemed pretty disorganized and unprofessional, and I would not recommend her services to anyone.

She has a great sense of humor and gives me a feeling of hope not only for the future but also provides much needed support which gives me a great outlook not only on my diagnosis but on life in general.

Also ghosted me after an appointment and left me without meds for two months. Wouldn't respond to emails or chats or requests from the pharmacy to renew. Didn't seem to care about withdrawal or negative impact of not managing my meds. Forced me to find another doc on very short notice. Irresponsible. Would never recommend.
