Telehealth
Had to explain everything that's in the chart including history, medication list, even my preferred pharmacy, seems like my life and her job could both be better if she just took 8 seconds before entering the room to take a glace. Also trys to talk about things of which she knows nothing. I have done yoga 5 days a week for 8 years and she told me I shouldn't bend over at the waist too far for fear it may hurt my back.

Lisa Provenzano, NP has shown me the best bedside manner of anyone I have seen within Neuro Pain Consultants. She showed me respect as a person, not treating me like just another "patient". She was kind and caring. She was not rushed, and took the time to listen to me and my concerns. I would highly recommend her to friends and family. Thank you!
