I went on a Thursday afternoon to see Ms. Scherr after experiencing years of GI discomfort and months of additional issues. The check-in staff were friendly and the nurse who took my vitals was cordial as well. When I saw Ms. Scherr she took time asking me about my symptoms and then ultimately dismissed them as nothing new. “The same from 2015”, is what she said, visibly unconcerned about what I was sharing with her. She let me out without a glance back. No time to ask questions, I suppose.
