So glad I met Lisa
Lisa was subbing for the person I was scheduled with. She was approachable, good-natured, funny, and very knowledgeable. She isolated my issues, gave me 3 home exercises, and scheduled me for 4 more sessions. When I walked out of there I felt better than I have in months - maybe years. She located and calmed a very angry muscle attachment on my right hip which I had just been living with, and which may well have been part of the issues I saw her for. She is AMAZING. I would recommend her to anyone.
