Poor bedside manners
Telehealth
I saw her for a telehealth visit. I am not sure why she had an attitude and was so short from the beginning of the visit. It made no sense. If I have a bad experience I usually don't leave a review at all. But she needs training in bedside manners, smiling, etc.

Terrible
Saw this physician for an injury related to snowboarding. She claims I did not state I was injured. However, the literal reason I put for the visit was injury. Has an attitude from the start of the conversation. Doesn’t make any sense!

Compassionate
I saw PA Alavarado for a Telehealth visit two days ago as I was diagnosed with COVID-19 via a home test and close contact and symptoms. PA Alvarado was very thorough in taking my history and symptoms and prescribed me the right medications to control my symptoms and help me get better. She also emphasized the importance of self care, including rest and decreasing my anxiety related to the illness. I really appreciate how she put things into perspective and insisted that I take time off to recover. I highly recommend this practitioner. She tells it like it is, but ultimately, you won't be disappointed!
