I saw Radovanovic, Ljiljana, APRN, CNP at immediate care of Bloomingdale. She was rude and dismissed a lot of my symptoms of cough, wheezing, and body aches. She said I sounded clear and could go home even though I was persistent that I was struggling to breathe and that there was tightness in my chest. Less than 12 hours I was admitted for pneumonia and needed chest tunes. Her lack of care and wanting to get people in and out allowed her to look over the fact I had fluid in my lungs.

I saw Ljiljana Radovanovic, CNP at the Advocate Urgent Care Oak Lawn location. She was somewhat rude and condescending and barely examined me. She shone her light into my eyes and throat from approximately 3 feet away and for just a brief moment. She was very dismissive when I was describing my symptoms. She diagnosed me with strep despite not having a sore throat. My throat was not red when I examined it at home later. I never saw the test result, I now have serious doubts that it was actually positive. I was sent home with antibiotics which I did take hoping for the best. Symptoms continued to worsen over the next few days, ended up being admitted to the hospital for what turned out to be a serious issue and needed to get emergency surgery. This urgent care visit resulted in a delay of care. The rest of the staff was great, but I am still in disbelief of how badly that visit with this particular provider went.
