June 10, 2020 I have a class for my Medtronic pump at her locations, while I was there I have 3 Simple questions to ask her. I thought she was genuinely want to help me and answer my question Turns out she just want to collect payment over simple questions. I was surprise and can not believe what she said to me, when I refuse to pay $50 copay I told her it’s not a Dr visit then she told me her time is valuable to answer my questions that’s why she need to charge me, also she said we were talking for 15 min which is not true. Then she forced me to get my blood pressure and temperature to get check so she wants to make it like I have a Dr visit and she can claim my insurance , She made me so upset I was shaking. my experience with her is she only care about how to get paid and that is very disgusting. So be careful if you have concern or questions her time is too valuable to give you an answer unless you pay her.
