I was working with Lora and was happy, but she is very bad about scheduling and double booked me twice. Most recently I was in a very bad place and needed to speak with her. I requested her next openings. She gave me a few times, I picked one and after driving 45min to meet with her, the door was closed and no answer from her phone. Very unprofessional and dangerous to patients in need.

Unwilling to accept constructive criticism of advice. Negatively retorted from said criticism. Regardless of how session went, the utmost professional attitude needs to be maintained, which in this case it was not.
