She's never punctual, after a year I asked was there a time she's more punctual. I was told first appointment after lunch, not true! The front desk people are extremely rude! I walked out today after another hour long wait and will not return. Instead went to Urgent Care and was seen promptly. Bass has let me down before not just in timely scheduled visits.
