I was struggling with a cocaine addiction, over drinking, anxiety and panic attacks. I saw Lorena weekly for about 10 months and I was able to turn things around. I felt heard, understood and worked on managing my anxiety and my substance use issues, for which she would hold me accountable every single week. I stopped using coke and no longer use alcohol to cope. I finished school, got a job and I’m in a much better place, even though still a work in progress. She is a very empathic therapist but can also be direct which I appreciated. I was able to dive deep into issues I had never discussed before. She is very knowledgeable in addictions and taught me many life skills to manage my cravings and eventually stop using. I still practice the skills I learned in therapy and it has changed my life.

She is very excellent! I have seen therapists throughout my life but she is the one who really helped me best, to deal with my daily anxiety. I use the tools I have learned from her every day. My life has definitely improved and she is a big reason why. I still see her, but less often now- once a month. I would highly recommend her!

Lorena made me feel very comfortable right off the bat. She was very attentive to me and my needs at that time. Unfortunately I only saw her once as my insurance was out of network and nothing could be worked out. I would highly recommend her though.
