Lorenz was the most patience? and the? kind person my mother has met. He was her PT coach for both of her knee replacement. He was gentle and listen to her concerns. He treated her with respect and never made her feel ignorant even with some language difficulty. My mother would say he has God's? hand???. We want to thank Lorenz for his professionalism, attentiveness and his display of caring for all his patients.
