I don’t even know what to say except it was a terrible appointment. She is quick to make you feel judged. She doesn’t even get to know you aside from what’s written in the chart by another provider. She was abrupt and rude from the minute I sat down. I’ll be honest, I have never encountered such poor “bedside” manner from anyone in medicine before. I was hopeful about her and was very much disappointed. She brings stigma to mental health even if not intentional. It was clear by her decor that religion is important to her and it begged the question if her personal bias were playing into her behaviors. The whole appointment was quite astonishing to the point I wish it had been recorded. I hope to find someone kind and willing to help going forward. Since Covid, it has been so hard to get mental health support. I hope Lori Ball takes a step back and reflects on her behaviors as a provider because I would hate for someone more fragile to be ruined by her.

She is disrespectful of the patient and does not listen. She disagrees with everything you say and does not listen to other professionals. Very rude and disrespectful of others.

Been seeing her with my son for almost 2 years. She is very caring and compassionate..listens to our needs and provides excellent support for our issues.

Horrible! Never again!
