I worked with Lori (as a patient) for a number of years in the VA Medical System. She was and I'm sure still is fantastic. She was a face and a name in a system that is sorely lacking in both and she was able to be personable and professional in that impersonal system. She tells it like it is but doesn't bludgeon a patient trying to get what she wants. You can trust her to be a fine upstanding human being... you should be too!
