If you are planning on having a baby at Mercy Hospital with an epidural...be very careful. The hospital was in our network - Dr. Lee was not. We expected there to be a bill - but she charges 4 times the national average for an epidural. Dr. Lee and her staff demanded $4000. A typical procedure is a around $1200. We tried to call beforehand to find out the cost but they play the game of we can't say - it varies. A call to the office after resulted in pay it or we send you to collections
