Lorie Freitas is someone I can rely on for listening ears and great advice. I always enter the office with anxiety about my health issues and leave with a smile on my face knowing I have truly been heard and listened to. Thank you Lorie for always being your wonderful, respectful self. I always value the time you give to me.

Ms Freitas truly needs to take a course in Dr/patient privacy. My husband and I are Medicare patients and both the Freitas' are listed as taking and accepting new patients on both the hospitals site, as well as Medicare ins sites. I called the office and made appts for both of us a month in advance, giving all ins info, names, phone numbers, emails, etc. so they would have a way to contact us if needed. 5 days before the visit, my husband got a confirmation email, with a link to have us fill out all the registration paperwork. we arrived 30 mins in advance, turned in the paperwork and waited. 42 mins more passed and we were called into the office by a very pleasant and professional NP named Michael, who promptly took all our vitals and confirmed our med lists. An extremely agitated Ms Freitas arrive. Started off saying she absolutely wasn't taking new patients, left the door open for all to hear her rant about $11 schedulers not doing the job, ushered us out saying to see another Dr.
