Lorin does not hide behind her professional mask like most therapists do. She gives examples from her own life such as she gets anxious too, she has bad days too, she is a human being just like you. She shares these experiences while still fully focused on you, to pull you out more, to build trust. She is not afraid to tell you what will make you move forward. This is her greatest strength. Her ability to contain you is quite amazing and that's how she validates you and empowers you.

Lorin is very open and friendly. She makes you feel immediately comfortable when you enter her room. She listens to every word and never once has she had her face in a computer screen or notebook during our visits. She sits right in front of me face to face and we have a real conversation as if I were talking to a dear friend.
