We drove 100 miles for EKG appt
Today, August 3, 2023, my husband tried to check in for his appt, they lied & said it was for yesterday. I am vouching for my husband here bc he is very meticulous abt his appts in his calendar. He jots it down immediately. Also we got no confirmation call. There was no offer to work him in, only that the next appt was in Nov. (How long does and EKG take? Surely, he could've been worked in.) They did however give the reason for the next appt being so far out in November. It was bc the doctor would be on vacation. Not exactly what you want to reveal to a patient that is perturbed already. They wouldn't even consider that the err may have been made by someone in the office. Just a lot of sorry and why don't you go to the E.R. If you are going to be in the health care industry in ANY capacity, please learn to be empathetic, not just apologetic.
